My work sits at the intersection of instructional design, learning systems, and project management. I build scalable learning ecosystems, from strategy and architecture to delivery and measurement, that drive real-world behavior change, not just course completions. Grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL), I create experiences that are accessible, flexible, and inclusive, so every learner has a path to success.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I bring structure and discipline to every initiative. I align stakeholders, manage scope and timelines, and turn ambitious learning goals into programs that launch on time and deliver measurable impact. My foundation in business comes from Santa Clara University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Management, which shapes how I connect learning to organizational performance.

When I'm not designing, I'm behind the camera, capturing stories through photography. That same eye for emotion, detail, and composition shapes how I craft learning. I look for the human story, frame what matters most, and bring it into focus.
